Oscar Nominations 2008 (February 2009 ceremony)

All the guessing is over! The nominations for the 81st Academy Awards have been announced, and with only one month until the ceremony, the predictions can start for who will actually go home with the Oscars!

With the most nods, it looks like a straight battle between "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" and "Slumdog Millionaire" for Best Picture. I have a feeling that this could be one of those rare years when the Picture and Director Oscars go to different films. What price Best Picture for "Benjamin Button" while rewarding the vitality of Danny Boyle's direction of "Slumdog Millionaire"?
